Summary

Greetings human,

I always find it a bit hard to tell something about myself, but since I have no other choice, here goes...

I was born with the name Nick, raised by my lovely parents in The Netherlands in a small place called Zoetermeer (sweet lake city), currently living in the Amsterdam, but most of you probably know it so it doesn't really need an introduction.

From a young age I was drawing most of the time. So when I had to choose a direction to go for my future It was quite simple, I chose the army because I was playing video games all the time. I told my parents and they said: no. So it became the creative sector.

I started in Rotterdam at the Grafisch Lyceum, and came to the conclusion that next to drawing, designing and illustration, I also really loved animation. After the four year course at the Grafisch Lyceum I went to the Art Academy (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht, HKU). During this program (3D Computer Animation and Visual Effects) in vacation times I went to Czech Republic a couple of times to work on my animation skills at Anomalia. Mimeclasses (with Robert Bennett), Animation with Kenny Roy (worked on King Kong) and Animating with Anthony Wong (Pixar). I finished my Bachelor and Master (Master of Arts) degree making the film "Gracht" (2013), and after all the learning I finally was able to call one of my biggest hobbies, work.

From that moment i'm working at Ambassadors, here I worked on several TV Commercials and branding films for known brands.
